Alimentos Etnicos Centroamericanos is a Salvadoran company that especializes in desserts and pastries. Our company has gathered wide experience handling and commercializing food at industrial level, optimizing processes, manufacturing for private labels and admninistrating franchises, based on a long-term business relationship philosophy.
Our mission is to delight people around the world with a variety of desserts that awake feelings and sensations that exceed their expectations.
We consider quality as a primary pillar that supports all the activities of our company and that is responsibility of all and each of our members. The processes we follow are based on the international regulations for food safety: GMP and HACCP. Additionally we count with a professional team for quality assurance that daily monitors finished products.
In Alimentos Etnicos Centroamericanos we have developed an industrial line for pastry to export under our brand MamaNena. Among the products we offer are: alfajores (round stuffed cookies), semita ( crunchy layers of pastry filled with jam), cheesecakes, brownies, garlic bread and others. They are packed in atractive full color boxes and are ideal at school, the office or parties.
